HORSE SPEAKS

Greeting CyberEquestrians.
I am fifty-one years old and thankfully lived most of my life caring for, ridding, and training horses. I have gained a great deal of knowledge in that time. I made the decisions not to take what I have learned to my grave. So this blog will give you a view into the way I understand how the horses I have met in the past and the horses I will meet in the future speak to me. Yes speak!

Kezan (my horse) would always tell me he was irritated at me when he made two little wrinkles at the end of his nostril. This is a very small detail to notice but it is something you have to learn to see and understand to speak to horses. You will hear me talk of Kezan because he was my horse for 32 years. He died at age 35. I told Kezan not to ever grow old and leave this Earthly dimension. In deed he kept his promise to me. He never grew old as he was as beautiful as the first day I seen him as a 3 year old. He also kept his promise not to leave me. When the Veterinarian came to my pasture because Kezan was down for 12 hours with the strength of angels he stood up and lived for 6 more months. I seen the battle he struggled with to keep his promise to me. On June 22, 2009 I told him he could leave me. There wasn't a single wrinkle on his nose when I kissed him farewell.
